UPPER BACK & SHOULDER STRETCHES

This practice requires use of a pole (end of a broom or mop should work!). This short sequence is what I incorporate to my morning routine to open up my chest, upper back and shoulders. I hope you enjoy!
Please listen to your body and adapt the movements to suit your body. Always check with your medical professional if you are unsure you are able to practice yoga.
