Your Retreat Experience
A week created entirely for you.
More than a yoga retreat, each week is tailored to the group, creating space for rest, reconnection, clarity and renewal.
Through yoga, meditation, philosophy, meaningful workshops, nourishing meals prepared by our in house chef and time in nature, you’ll gain practical tools and fresh perspective to support you long after you leave.
Experiences on retreat
Each day has been thoughtfully designed to balance movement, deep rest, meaningful connection and immersive learning, with inspiring workshops and carefully curated experiences led by an experienced team of practitioners.
To the right, you'll find everything that's included in your retreat experience. Click "Read More" to explore each experience and discover what you can expect throughout the week.
A therapeutic evening practice weaving together Yin Yoga, meditation, psychology and self-inquiry to encourage deep rest, reflection and personal growth.
Sound Bath Healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. Through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or low-frequency sounds, participants are immersed in a soundscape that supports a meditative and healing state
Guided meditation is a supportive and accessible practice designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect you to the present moment. Through gentle verbal guidance, breath awareness, and visualization, each session helps create a state of deep relaxation and inner clarity.
A thoughtfully designed morning practice combining movement, breath work and mindfulness to energise and strengthen the body, cultivate presence and set the tone for the day.
Yoga Posture Workshop
During our Yoga Posture Workshop, we slow things down and explore yoga postures in more depth. I break each pose down and demonstrate different ways to safely and comfortably move into it, using bricks, blocks and other props where helpful.
We are all different, and there is no single way that a posture needs to look. Our bodies, proportions, mobility and experiences are unique, so exploring different variations and approaches can make yoga much more accessible.
This workshop is an opportunity to take away the pressure of finding the “perfect” pose and instead discover what works for your body, giving you practical tools and options that you can continue to use in your own practice.

Packing list
Here are a few essentials to help you prepare for your retreat. We recommend packing light where possible, while making sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable throughout your stay.
Walking Shoes
Optional walks may take place on uneven ground. Hiking boots are recommended but not essential. Comfortable trainers or walking shoes may also be suitable.
Small Backpack
A small backpack is useful for carrying water, sun protection and any other essentials during walks or excursions.
Clothing
Bring lightweight, breathable clothing that allows you to move comfortably for yoga and other activities.
We also recommend bringing layers, including a hoody or sweater and a light waterproof jacket, as evenings can be cooler. We often dine outdoors, so something warm for the evenings is essential.
Yoga Equipment
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided for everyone. However, the equipment at the venue is older, so you are very welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
Journal & Pen
We’ll be exploring journaling during the retreat, so please bring a notebook or journal and a pen.
Sun Protection
We’ll be spending plenty of time outdoors, so please bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses if desired.
Mosquito Repellent
Mosquitoes can be more common during the evenings, so we recommend bringing repellent if needed.
Medication
Please ensure you bring enough of any essential medication to last for the duration of your trip, along with any other personal items you may need.
Toiletries
Please bring all of your own toiletries and personal essentials.
Earplugs
If you are sharing a room, earplugs can be helpful for ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Camera & Alarm Clock
We encourage you to take some time to disconnect from digital devices during the retreat. If you enjoy taking photographs, you may wish to bring a camera, and a separate alarm clock can be useful if you prefer to keep your phone switched off.
Extra Food
There is no supermarket close to the accommodation. If there are any specific snacks, drinks or other items you would like during your stay, please purchase these at the airport or bring them with you.

This was my first yoga retreat with Carliann and Megan. And what can I say, firstly aesthetically, our accommodation was stunning, welcoming, peaceful and serene – all the ingredients for 5 full days of yoga, meditation, relaxation and good food.
Carliann and Megan’s wisdom and knowledge is a power like none other – they are both accommodating in their teaching, bringing philosophy into everyday practice. Working with yin and hatha practices compliments for their classes.
They are both two gentle souls who shine brightly for everyone – THANK YOU 🙏 xx

FAQ
Payments and cancellation
Can I cancel, transfer or receive a refund?
Unfortunately, bookings cannot be transferred to a different retreat or retreat date. Each retreat has a limited number of spaces and arrangements with venues and suppliers are made specifically for the dates advertised.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval by Megan Marcelle Sàrl. The replacement guest must be suitable for the retreat and meet any relevant requirements. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to arrange a transfer.
Please note that a transfer is not confirmed until it has been approved in writing by Megan Marcelle Sàrl.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payments are normally split into two, with a deposit paid to secure your place and the remaining balance due before the retreat.
If you would prefer to spread the cost over smaller instalments, we may be able to offer a payment plan. Please contact us before booking to discuss the available options.
Can I transfer my booking to another retreat?
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, as each retreat requires careful planning and commitments to venues, accommodation and group numbers, we are unable to transfer bookings between retreats or dates. When you reserve your place, your booking is a commitment to that specific retreat experience.
If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend, please refer to our cancellation policy for further information.
What happens if the retreat is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat, you will be offered a full refund of all payments made to us for the retreat.
However, we will always do everything we can to ensure the retreat goes ahead. If, for any reason, your planned teacher is unable to attend, we will endeavour to arrange suitable cover from another experienced and appropriately qualified teacher. We carefully select the people we work with and will always aim to provide the best possible team and experience for our guests.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for flights, travel arrangements or other expenses booked independently. We therefore strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover any additional costs or unforeseen circumstances.
