As the day draws to a close, our evening sessions are thoughtfully designed to help both the mind and body slow down, integrate the experiences of the day and prepare for deep rest. Combining the therapeutic benefits of Yin Yoga with mindfulness, guided meditation and reflective practices, these sessions provide an opportunity to pause, process and reconnect with yourself.
Each evening centres around a carefully chosen theme, such as compassion, kindness, gratitude, acceptance or self-awareness. Drawing inspiration from psychology, Buddhist philosophy and contemplative practices, we gently explore these themes through guided discussion, personal inquiry and mindful movement, encouraging you to reflect on how they relate to your own life and experiences.
As you settle into longer-held Yin Yoga postures, you’ll be invited to observe rather than react, cultivating greater awareness of both mind and body. Throughout the retreat, you’ll also experience a range of evidence-informed practices, including journaling, guided meditation, therapeutic visualisation, relaxation and hypnotherapeutic techniques, each designed to deepen self-awareness and support lasting personal growth.

Perhaps one of the greatest gifts of these evening sessions is learning how to become more comfortable with stillness. In a world that constantly encourages us to do more, these practices invite you to simply be. Together, we explore practical tools that you can take home, helping you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and creating meaningful habits that continue long after the retreat has ended.
