Our meditation classes are rooted in mindfulness, creating space to slow down, become present and connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you.

I also draw on ShamathaMetta (loving-kindness) and Karuna (compassion) practices, alongside visualisation, storytelling and imagery inspired by my experience in hypnosis, creating meditations that are varied, meaningful and accessible.

My aim is to leave you with the confidence to continue your practice at home — knowing how to meditate independently and how to use your breath as a tool to better understand, support and soothe your nervous system.

Alongside meditation, I also teach breath work and pranayama, using gentle and accessible techniques to help calm and soothe the nervous system, reduce stress and support overall wellbeing.

Each practice offers a space to pause, breathe and reconnect. My aim is to leave you with practical tools and the confidence to use meditation and your breath to support yourself in everyday life.

I would like to invite you to listen to one of my meditations below …
