(7 nights total. Check-in from 12 pm on the 14th, check-out by 10 am on the 21st.) We recommend arriving in Phuket by 13th January and departing on or after the 22nd to avoid travel stress.
Location & Accommodation
Set on a secret island off Phuket (shared upon booking), this unique ecolodge lies between two seas beside a 12km beach backed by jungle and coconut palms. The island is home to thriving wildlife, biodiversity, and culture untouched by tourism. Each open plan eco-house is uniquely designed and includes a mini-bar, complimentary tea/coffee, filtered water, hammock, and lounges. We have private dining and priority access to the yoga shala throughout your stay.

This retreat is a rare chance to deeply rest while exploring a new culture, nature, and cuisine. You’ll gain mindfulness tools, journalling practices, posture insight, and energy awareness to bring home with you. Suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your path.
What you will experiment

Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative yoga practice that focuses on stillness, deep stretching, and mindful awareness. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently target the connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints, while calming the nervous system.
Sound Bath Healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony. Through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or low-frequency sounds, participants are immersed in a soundscape that supports a meditative and healing state
Guided meditation is a supportive and accessible practice designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect you to the present moment. Through gentle verbal guidance, breath awareness, and visualization, each session helps create a state of deep relaxation and inner clarity.
Savasana, also known as Corpse Pose, is a fundamental yoga practice dedicated to deep rest, integration, and nervous system regulation. More than a simple resting posture, Savasana allows the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the yoga practice while entering a state of profound relaxation.
